Moore UAE is hiring multiple tax professionals to join our expanding Corporate Tax (CT) team. The role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in tax to further their career in a fast paced, international environment with a global leading accounting and advisory firm.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment type: Full time
- Evaluate operations of Free Zone Persons to determine qualification for the 0% CT benefit.
- Conduct research on complex CT matters and analyze the application of free zone/mainland rules and regulations.
- Prepare and circulate regular updates on CT each month.
- Analyze financial statements to identify items that may impact CT return filing.
- Assist in the preparation of the CT return form and online submission.
- Assist in preparation for tax audits conducted by the tax authorities, including responding to queries and compiling necessary documentation.
- Recently qualified ACCA member (or equivalent: CA, LLB, MBA).
- Mandatory: Tax compliance and/or advisory experience in a foreign jurisdiction (such as India, Pakistan, United Kingdom, etc.).
- Preferred: Exposure to UAE Corporate Tax Regulations.
- Foundation in tax compliance and advisory.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.
- Attention to detail and problem solving ability.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively.
