LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Paralegal to support our client's legal team in a dynamic and growing corporate environment. This role involves working closely with legal counsel and cross-functional teams to manage corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with corporate entities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage corporate documents, including resolutions, operating agreements, and filings with state agencies.
Support entity management and maintain legal separation of corporate structures.
Conduct legal research and assist in redlining contracts and other legal documents.
Monitor and summarize legislation and regulatory changes relevant to the business.
Assist with compliance initiatives and implement updates to contracts and policies.
Provide litigation support and manage legal correspondence.
Coordinate licensing renewals and ensure timely filings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters.
Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
Strong understanding of corporate governance and entity management.
Experience in commercial real estate, land use, or business law is a plus.
Familiarity with legal research tools and document management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software; experience with CSC is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
