We are seeking a qualified Corporate Legal Advisor to support our clients in company formation, restructuring, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in UAE commercial laws, free zone regulations, and offshore structuring.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements, MOAs, and legal documents
Advise clients on UAE commercial laws, nominee structures, and corporate governance
Ensure legal compliance for company registration and restructuring
Liaise with free zones, DED, and other government authorities

Requirements:

Law degree with 3+ years' UAE corporate law experience
Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
