Overview

A leading Corporate team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 6+ years' PQE to join its dynamic team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will work on diverse and complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Responsibilities

Advising on corporate law matters such as M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and reorganisations
Handling partnerships, LLPs, and corporate governance issues
Providing occasional commercial contract advice and corporate support to other teams
Managing client relationships and contributing to business development

Qualifications

Extensive experience in corporate law
Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills
Proven ability in business development and client relationship management
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
