Job DescriptionAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five star spa. The property is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The PositionThe People and Culture Coordinator supports the delivery of core HR functions. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and enhancing employee experience.
Responsibilities- Assist the Senior Vice President and the People & Culture team with daily operations as needed.
- Manage calendars, including the People & Culture vacation calendar, and arrange meetings and travel.
- Draft meeting minutes.
- Plan and execute the monthly People & Culture Communication Meeting.
- Oversee office orders and general People & Culture office functions.
- Preferable Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in People & Culture.
