As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth administration and compliance of contracts while supporting both internal teams and external partners. The position is ideal for someone who thrives on detail oriented work such as contract review, documentation, and process management, while also enjoying stakeholder engagement and problem solving. You'll be involved in the full contract lifecycle, helping to drive efficient, compliant, and effective outcomes across the business.

What You Will Be Doing- Provide expert advice and support on contract matters and service delivery requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Manage all administrative aspects of contracts, including drafting amendments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and KPIs.
- Oversee invoicing and payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and analyse contract terms to identify risks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date document management system for all contract related documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve contract related issues promptly.
- Manage and resolve day to day issues related to contract delivery and performance.
- Support the full contract lifecycle, from initiation and execution through to completion and renewal.

- Pathology experience preferred.
- Excellent document management and record keeping skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive and solution focused mindset.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
