- Define how content assets contribute to holistic touchpoint strategy, ensuring brand consistency while driving engagement.
- Champion creative quality by aligning with global guidelines, platform requirements and local needs.
- Introduce and scale new tools, formats and production technologies to accelerate asset creation and adaptation.
- Use insights, platform trends and creative effectiveness learnings to continuously raise asset quality.
- Consolidate and share best practices to strengthen activations and enable local market excellence.
- Lead website content strategy, setting master structures (UX, IA, content hierarchy) and brand copybooks.
- Roll out implementation guidelines ensuring consistent execution across markets
- Supervise updates, launches, and seasonal publishing to guarantee timely and high-quality go-lives.
- Establish alignment between Regional and Local Marketing on tech, structural and content-related topics
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements grounded in analytics
- Develop master PDPs (descriptions, visuals, A+ content) that balance brand storytelling with performance
- Oversee e-commerce content production, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency and cross-platform consistency
- Introduce workflows and tools that accelerate production and improve adaptation
- Define standards and rollout models to ensure smooth execution with Local Marketing
- Partner with Regional and Local Marketing to secure clarity of roles, efficient workflows, and high-quality outputs
