We're seeking a dynamic Consulting Director to support the Head of Consulting Australia in growing the market and enhancing Datacom's position as a strong consulting led technology partner. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong consulting background, commercial acumen, and a passion for storming and forming, shaping opportunities and framing up to work with high performing cross functional teams.

• Lead complex client engagements across strategy, transformation, and technology domains.
• Shape and drive presales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop compelling value propositions and win strategies.
• Build and scale consulting capability aligned to market demand and emerging trends.
• Support the Head of Consulting Australia in executing growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and expanding client relationships.
• Champion Datacom's consulting led approach to technology, reinforcing our market presence and client value.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in consulting leadership, with a track record of delivering high impact outcomes.
• Strong presales capability, including experience in shaping deals, influencing stakeholders, and driving early stage client engagement.
• A growth mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and scale offerings.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 10 yrs plus experience working across the Australian market is highly desirable.
