Responsibilities 
- Develop and maintain policies, guidelines, and standards related to medical education and residency programs, curriculum design, competency-based education, assessment methods, and resident/fellow performance as per accreditation standards and competency based training.
- Lead governance activities (committees, advisory boards) to align education initiatives with regulatory requirements and health system goals.
- Design, implement, and oversee residency and internship programs across medical specialties in collaboration with health facilities.
- Advance health services research and medical education research by supporting residents in designing studies and guiding ethical review processes.
- Foster collaboration across the health sector (hospitals, clinics, accreditation bodies, and government agencies).
- Represent the organization in national and regional education forums, advocate for best practices and policy alignment.
- National: Baccalaureate in Medical education or any related field.
- Non National: Master's in Medical Education or any related field.
- National: 16+ years of experience in related field.
- Non National: 18+ years of experience in related field.
