We work with some of the UAE's and Middle East's most well-known clients. Our assignments often run for six months and are generally based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

We are seeking lawyers with front-end construction, infrastructure, and major project experiences to join our UAE panel. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex developments across diverse sectors, advising on every stage from project inception and financing to delivery and dispute resolution. Collaborate with industry leaders, expand your skills in a fast-paced environment, and make a tangible impact on landmark projects that drive progress and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on front-end and back-end construction matters across complex projects in civil infrastructure, power and energy, and related sectors.
  • Support projects from inception and financing through delivery and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape legal input on financing materials and key terms.
  • Partner with industry leaders to drive progress and innovation on landmark deals.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years post-qualification experience at a top-tier firm in your specialism and jurisdiction.
  • Recent in-house legal experience within an energy, construction, transport or infrastructure company is beneficial but not essential.
  • Middle Eastern experience and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
