Our client, a Construction Consultancy based in Northampton are seeking a Project Manager to join them due to continued growth and a busy work stream. The Project Manager will be based from their Northampton office, working in the commercial sector predominantly on industrial units. In addition to projects in the education and leisure sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for many aspects of the projects, operating client side and will liaise with the Cost Management team.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate will have 3 years prior construction management experience ideally client side or with another consultancy. They will also need to hold a professional qualification such as a degree. The candidate will need to hold a full drivers license.

- Salary: 35k - 50k DOE (guide only)
- Car allowance (enhanced for hybrid / EV's)
