- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field preferred
- 5 to 10 years of direct construction management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently coordinate multiple projects and initiatives
- Experience in managing client relationships and team collaboration
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Perform project estimates, develop budgets, and ensure they align with client objectives
- Coordinate subcontractor and supplier scope analysis
- Facilitate weekly team progress meetings and provide timely communication with all parties
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, field staff, and subcontractors
