Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Producer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in content creation, agenda development, speaker engagement, or conference production-particularly within the finance, fintech, or related industries. The Conference Producer will play a crucial role in developing impactful event content, securing expert speakers, and ensuring the overall success of our global expos.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in conference production, content creation, business journalism, or related roles.
• A strong interest in the financial, fintech, or trading industries.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret industry trends.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior executives and thought leaders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; Communications, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management.
