As Composite Laminator, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing tooling and moulds for production
• Laminating composite materials to a high standard
• Vacuum bagging parts with precision
• Interpreting technical drawings and laminate manuals
• Supporting demoulding and other production processes

As Composite Laminator, your experience will include:

• Previous laminating experience in Motorsport / F1 or Aerospace
• Strong understanding of composite materials and processes
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Confidence working independently and proactively
