Total Experience: 5+ years
Language Proficiency: Bilingual
Responsibilities- Review consumer and small business complaints unresolved by Licensed Financial Institutions.
- Identify major issues and gather additional information from complainants, institutions, and third parties.
- Resolve financial complaints fairly and efficiently using casework review and evaluation skills.
- Understand registered complaints and devise potential solutions with the team.
- Assess and register eligible complaints on the complaints management system.
- Leverage understanding of institution products, operations, and systems for complaint resolution.
- Interpret CBUAE laws and regulations to better resolve consumer complaints.
- Develop and implement effective avenues such as online complaint systems and a call center for consumers.
- Identify improvement opportunities and elevate issues through relevant channels when appropriate.
- Define performance goals with the reporting manager, ensure goal achievement, and arrange required training.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficient Arabic language skills.
- Ideal proficiency in English.
- 2-4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in the UAE market with familiarity with UAE regulations.
- Preferred experience with Licensed Financial Institutions and complaint handling.
