Are you detail-oriented, organised, and looking to gain experience in the financial services sector? I'm seeking a proactive Complaints Administrator to join a team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Your new role
As a Complaints Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the team by accurately inputting complaint data into an internal database. This is a vital function that helps the organisation track, manage, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Logging and updating complaint records in our internal systems
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Liaising with internal teams to verify complaint details
- Supporting reporting and compliance efforts
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Previous admin experience, ideally within financial services or similar
- Full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid working: split between Liverpool city centre office and remote work
- 6-month fixed term contract
- £24,500
