Contexte et environnement
TEEP Ratawi Hub is a new TotalEnergies company overseeing a 4-in-1 project: Common Seawater Supply Project (CSSP), Gas Mid-stream Project (GMP), Associated Gas Upstream Project (AGUP), and a 1000MW Solar Power Plant (SPP). The projects are in various stages of development. The Solar Power Plant includes four units of 250MW each, overhead transmission lines, and a remote substation. High autonomy and HSE management in remote locations are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing the integrated site team to supervise EPC Contractor's commissioning progress until COD, including inspection witnessing, punch list clearance, commissioning certificates, and turnover packages.
- Participating in weekly site meetings and technical discussions with EPC Contractor.
- Monitoring and verifying EPC Contractor's work across disciplines for timely delivery.
- Providing inputs for monthly progress reports and EPC Contractor invoice verification.
Profil du candidat
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar.
- Minimum 10 years in construction and commissioning of utility-scale PV IPP projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with EPC / Developer projects valued over $100 million.
- At least 3 commissioned projects.
- Experience testing and commissioning PV arrays, trackers, inverters, transformers, and substations.
- Knowledge of Grid Code, safety procedures, and PV Plant performance testing.
- Familiarity with international standards and best practices for PV Power Plant commissioning.
- Understanding of environmental regulations related to construction.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Experience in developing plant manuals, switching procedures, safety protocols, and O&M manuals.
