Job SummaryWe are looking for a Commis Chef with experience in healthy food restaurants and willingness to work in a central kitchen setup. The role requires flexibility in work timings, including night shifts, and a passion for preparing fresh and nutritious meals.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and cooking healthy menu items according to recipes and standards.
Support the central kitchen team in daily food production.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Help with kitchen cleanliness, organization, and stock handling.
Work closely with chefs and follow instructions to meet daily requirements.
Experience in a healthy food restaurant or similar concept.
Knowledge of healthy cooking practices and food safety standards.
