Prepare and cook pizzas to high standards of quality, flavor, and presentation.
Assist in the preparation of fresh pasta, sauces, and Italian dishes under Chef's guidance.
Maintain consistency, portion control, and adherence to recipes.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Support senior chefs during service and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Commis or Pizza Chef in an Italian fine dining restaurant.
Strong skills in dough preparation, pizza baking, and handling traditional ovens.
Knowledge of authentic Italian ingredients and cooking methods.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within a team.
Passion for Italian cuisine and eagerness to learn.
