About the Role

We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join the Property Trust & Asset Management team. This pivotal role focuses on managing the financial operations of the commercial property portfolio, including trust account management, reconciliations, and client billing. The position is based in Adelaide's CBD and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage trust accounts and property-related transactions
  • Process payments, invoices, and receipts accurately
  • Prepare account reconciliations and monthly reports
  • Communicate with clients and team members to resolve queries
  • Support financial reporting and general administration tasks

  • Experience in property or trust account management
  • Sound understanding of financial procedures and compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with figures
  • Confident using accounting or property management systems
