Commercial Property Solicitor / Fee Earner
NQ TO 8 years PQE
Hertford / Hybrid (2-3 days from home)

My client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor / Fee Earner to join their Commercial Property Team, based in Hertford. This would be on a hybrid basis. The role would involve dealing with a full range of commercial Landlord and Tenant work (including leases, agreements for leases, licences for alteration, licences to assign, and rent deposit deeds) as well as commercial property purchases and sales, refinancing and property support on Company Commercial matters.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The role includes 25 days of holiday and a few days off at Christmas.

In order to be successful, the right candidate must:

Demonstrate a positive attitude to working practices (such as time recording) and be comfortable working both independently and within a team environment, as well as embracing the firms Client Service Pledge.
demonstrate a willingness to be a part of a trusting team and actively promote the team and firm.
Be organised, technically proficient in email, word, excel and case management systems and having good communication and drafting skills, as well as showing attention to detail, are vital.
Be commercially minded with an ability to recognise problems and provide practical and commercial solutions.
