Our client is a multi-office network servicing the Hawkesbury region. They specialise in residential, acreage, lifestyle, and commercial properties. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to look after 90 properties.
Duties- Portfolio mix of commercial and industrial - predominantly Commercial and storage units
- 90 properties
- Lease with both landlords and tenants
- Complete repairs & Maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals
- Marketing of Properties
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and strong leadership qualities
- Strong Communication both verbal and written
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter and take initiative
- Own car and driver's licence
- Work in the Hawkesbury region
- Clean portfolio!
- Parking provided
