Commercial Manager - Distribution (GCC)

• Join one of the UAE's most exciting premium consumer brands, and help grow it fast across KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, and Bahrain
• Take ownership of distributor relationships with autonomy to shape and scale markets
• Work directly with leadership in a high-growth, collaborative environment
• Salary up to AED 20-30,000 DOE with bonuses and future ESOPS (meritocracy)

• Managing and growing distributor relationships across GCC markets
• Driving performance across modern trade and e-commerce channels
• Leading forecasting, planning, and performance reporting
• Working closely with marketing and operations to strengthen brand presence
• Ensuring sell-through success and premium positioning in every market

• Experience in FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods, ideally premium brands
• Proven success managing distributors or key accounts across GCC
• Strong commercial understanding, especially around P&L and performance
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, grow, and collaborate
