Tier 1 Main Contractor Large-Scale Entertainment Project
We're representing a leading Tier 1 main contractor in the UAE who are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role on one of the region's most iconic large-scale entertainment projects - a landmark development that will define the city's leisure and tourism landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the project from inception to completion
- Manage cost control, forecasting, and cash flow
- Lead contract administration, claims, and variations
- Work closely with project leadership to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
- Mentor and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
- Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects in the UAE/UK
- Strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Salary up to AED 45,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Work on a flagship entertainment development in Abu Dhabi
