Role: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Stourbridge
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
An established and forward-thinking West Midlands firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality, varied work within a supportive and collaborative environment that values professional development and work-life balance.
The Role
- Advising a broad range of individuals and business clients on a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, including:
- Debt recovery
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Warranty and contract disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- General commercial litigation
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help grow the department's client base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting pre-action correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and applications
- Supporting senior associates and directors on high-value High Court litigation
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE managing your own caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through to completion
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamworking skills
