LHH is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their client's dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to support attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced environment, contributing to impactful commercial litigation work focused on Labor & Employment.

What You'll Do
  • Draft and format legal documents, including pleadings and briefs, with a strong command of legal terminology and civil procedure.
  • Manage case files and assist with discovery, document review, and production processes.
  • Coordinate attorney calendars, schedule depositions and court appearances, and track critical deadlines.
  • File legal documents through traditional and electronic systems, ensuring compliance with court requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client and case information.
  • Support litigation teams with administrative tasks, expense tracking, and internal communications.
Who You Are
  • Experienced legal support professional with 3-5 years in litigation; familiarity with NLRB filings is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional, and ideally SurePoint and Concur.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Skilled communicator with excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities.
