With multiple campuses and a commitment to international best practices in education, ICS is expanding its professional team to support its growing operations. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Legal Advisor (Lawyer) to join our team at the headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The Legal Advisor will serve as the principal legal counsel for ICS, advising senior leadership on a wide range of legal matters. The successful candidate will ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the UAE, manage contractual agreements, oversee legal risks, and provide strategic legal input to support the school's educational mission and operations with the following major areas in focus:
- Corporate Governance and Compliance
- Licensing & Permits
- Contract Drafting and Review
- Risk Management
- Dispute Resolution
- Employment and Labor Law Contracts & HR Policies
- Mergers, Acquisitions, and Joint Ventures
- Regulatory and Licensing Affairs
- Taxation and Financial Law
- Corporate Restructuring
- Data Privacy and Cybersecurity
- Advising on New Business Ventures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Legal Licensing: Licensed to practice law in the UAE.
- 5 years of experience in the UAE.
