Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Commercial Estate Surveyor, ideally within a local authority or public sector environment.Strong knowledge of property law, valuation, and estate management principles.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS) are highly desirable.
