Collections Advisor - Permanent, Full Time, 35 hours
Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm (some Saturday work may be required in the future)
Salary 24,000 - 28,000 (dependent upon experience) plus monthly performance-based Collections Bonus
The Company
My client are a financial services company based in Finnieston, Glasgow that provides consumer finance and loan servicing solutions for clients in the Education and Training sector and they have recently expanded into the Motor Finance sector. The business is entering a further period of expansion and they now have fantastic opportunities for experienced Telephone Collections Advisors to join thier business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for contacting customers by telephone to arrange the repayment of outstanding debts. You'll be able to engage with customers and will have strong negotiation and influencing skills together with excellent customer service skills. You'll have at least 12 months experience working within a telephone collections role together with a proven track record of delivering results.
