TEEMA is supporting a large Canadian organization that relies on several custom ColdFusion applications tightly integrated with the Unit4 ERP platform. They're looking for an experienced ColdFusion Consultant to assess the current environment, stabilize the applications, and provide guidance on long-term strategy.

What You'll Do

• Audit multiple legacy ColdFusion applications for performance, security, and maintainability
• Provide a full assessment of ColdFusion Unit4 integration points, identifying issues and proposing improvements
• Develop or enhance features in ColdFusion (bug fixes, new modules, refactoring)
• Recommend upgrades, modernization paths, or potential migration strategies
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand workflows and technical needs
• Troubleshoot application issues, including integration failures with Unit4
• Produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and knowledge transfer materials

What You Bring

• 7-10+ years of hands-on ColdFusion/CFML development
• Proven experience stabilizing and refactoring legacy ColdFusion apps
• Strong background integrating ColdFusion with enterprise systems - direct Unit4 experience is a major asset
• Strong SQL skills (queries, tuning, schema understanding)
• Solid JavaScript/HTML/CSS fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills; able to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Prior consulting or government/large organization experience is a plus
