Brook Street UK LTD are working with our Public Sector in Lisburn to provide an experienced Co-Ordinator/ Manager!
This is a fantastic Opportunity for an individual with Managerial experience in Construction; Building Surveying, Energy and Building Services Engineering, Planning and Property Development,
This role offers a fantastic rate of pay at 20.26 per hour! The role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm but may require some flexibility!
You will be required to provide strategic support and advice to the Capital Build & Asset Manager to develop and deliver the Facilities Strategy through the Capital Build & Asset function.
You will be tasked with the following duties on a daily basis;
- Provide expert advice to the Capital Build & Asset Manager to establish, develop and implement the annual Capital budgets in a timely and efficient manner to enable the effective delivery of identified Facilities & Assets needs and to manage the individual budgets assigned them in achieving an annual breakeven position.
-The day to day management of the appointed Contractors and Design Teams, in line with departmental procedures, including but not limited to quality of work, response times and site inspections.
- Report on progress, issues, risks and challenges on contracts and projects to the Capital Build & Asset Manager
- Work collaboratively with other external agencies such as Procurement and Logistics Services and Capital & Procurement Delivery - Health Projects (CPD-HP) to develop a range of contracts to achieve high quality, cost effective services.

Have at least 3 years relevant post qualification experience within a facilities/estates management role and have a full clean driving license.
