As the Club Manager, you'll take full ownership of daily operations, sales performance, and member experience. Your mission: to lead a thriving team, drive growth, and maintain our reputation as Fitzroy/Collingwood's top-rated club.

• Meet and greet potential and existing members.
• Manage daily club operations.
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Maintain a vibrant, inclusive club culture.
• Uphold standards across all areas of the business.

We're seeking a motivated, hands-on leader with strong people and sales skills.

Ideal Background:

• Retail, hospitality or fitness industry experience.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service or management.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.

• $65,396 - $75,477 per year + performance bonuses & commissions
