We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Cloud Kitchen Dispatcher to join our team at Hostmind in Dubai. Preferably with prior knowledge and experience with using POS System/s, especially Grubtech and SUPY.
Key Responsibilities- Order Coordination: Review and confirm customer orders for accuracy.
- Dispatching: Assign orders to drivers based on availability and location.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with drivers, kitchen staff, and customers.
- Prioritization: Prioritize orders based on urgency and delivery timeframes.
- Quality Control: Ensure each order is complete and accurate before dispatch.
- Timely Execution: Monitor deliveries and update customers on order status.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any order issues or complaints.
- Record-Keeping: Keep accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Compliance: Follow food safety regulations and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in food service or for a Cloud Kitchen, with a Technical or High School Degree.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving: Quick thinker with good decision-making skills under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate order dispatching.
- Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with the POS system Grubtech and SUPY.
- Customer Service: Professional handling of inquiries and complaints.
- Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Order Management: Efficient organization and accurate packaging of orders.
- Timing and Prioritization: Reduced order processing time.
