About the Role 
We're looking for a results-driven Clinic Operations and Growth Manager to lead and grow our patient base, optimize clinic performance, and drive strategic business opportunities in the healthcare and wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our clinic's services and patient base.
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow, optimal staffing, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse performance metrics and market trends to identify business opportunities and foster continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to enhance profitability.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management, business development, or growth strategy (preferably in healthcare or wellness).
- Proven track record in client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a clinical or wellness environment.
- Strong ability to manage budgets, optimize processes, and improve service delivery.
- Established network within healthcare, corporate wellness, or community organizations.
