About the Client

Our client specializes in providing tax and structuring advice, fiduciary services, company formation, residency, compliance & regulatory, and administrative services to private clients, family offices, corporates, and financial institutions. They are a boutique advisory firm offering advice to individuals and companies based in or moving to the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Serve as the first point of contact for queries, escalations, and service delivery matters, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth integration.
  • Oversee delivery of services including company formation, renewals, amendments, residency and visa processing, fiduciary support, and concierge services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, tax, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client mandates.
  • Collaborate with business development and advisory teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve complex onboarding cases with compliance and risk teams.
  • Oversee issuance of engagement letters, invoices, and documentation while maintaining accurate client records.
  • Drive initiatives to digitize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify process gaps and implement enhancements in collaboration with leadership.
  • Leverage technology to optimize client service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the Client Services team
Requirements
  • ADGM experience is key
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field; certifications in compliance, corporate services, or project management preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in client-facing roles within corporate, professional, or financial services, with exposure to UHNWIs, family offices, and corporates.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, residency, compliance, and fiduciary services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digitization initiatives.
