We are looking for an entrepreneurial and versatile professional to join afast-growing digital and technology consulting start-upin the UAE. The firm has aconsulting DNA, with founding members and team fromtop-tier technology consulting firms, delivering high-impact solutions acrossdigital and financial services.
This role is for a truemarket maker: someone who cancreate and open new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead delivery of transformative digital projects. You will workclosely with the Managing Director, shaping the firm's growth and driving both business and delivery outcomes.
What You'll Do- Originate and grow new business in the UAE, focusing ondigital transformation and financial services.
- Build and maintain relationships withsenior stakeholders in banks and financial institutions.
- Lead proposals, pitches, and negotiations to secure high-value engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into innovative digital solutions.
- Manage and collaborate with astrong delivery team, ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
- Help define the firm's growth strategy and market presence.
- Technology delivery consulting background, with experience leading complex projects.
- Progressed intobusiness development or client-facing roles, demonstrating success in generating new business.
- Established UAE network within banks and financial institutions- essential.
- Experience indigital transformation and financial services.
- Proven ability tolead delivery teamsand manage projects end-to-end.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with aproven ability to create and grow markets.
- Demonstrated success ingenerating multi-million-dollar business ($3-5M USD).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
