We are seeking a CFO-an Architect and Builder. This individual will embody the financial center of gravity within our ecosystem by creating structure, stabilizing movement, and bringing clarity as our multi engine organization expands.

As a true partner to the founder, the CFO translates vision into phased, realistic financial architecture-unlocking the full potential of our backward, forward, and vertical integrations. This leader will work fluidly across departments, fully embracing our circular hierarchy culture, collaborating across the organization rather than above it. They will allocate capital intelligently, know when to say "not now" without slowing long term momentum, and protect our independence while guiding our evolution.

Designing the financial blueprint, long term structure, and strategic architecture with Maison sensitivity.

• Design our long term financial architecture.
• Allocate capital across engines and the Nucleus.
• Decide what we finance internally versus externally.
• Protect the Maison's long term value and cultural equity through financial choices.
• Structure and sequence vertical, backward, and forward integrations.
• Lead financial planning for future JVs and M&A activities.
• Build a credible, investor grade financial model.
• Integrate AI driven forecasting and decision making into the Nucleus.

Executing, stabilizing flows, operationalizing growth, and ensuring the ecosystem runs like a Maison.

• Manage working capital and financing cycles.
• Analyze OPEX and cash cycles to support scaling decisions.
• Hedge forex for multi country operations.
• Build AI supported dashboards for real time financial clarity.
• Support the acceleration of France and other fast growth areas.
• Introduce financial rituals and rhythms that keep the Maison coherent as it scales.

• Proven experience taking an SME from 8 digit to 9 digit turnover in a high velocity environment.
• 10-15+ years in FMCG, beauty, luxury, fragrance, or fast fashion supply chains with high SKU rotation and short cycles.
• A clear track record of partnering with founders during active scaling not stability.
• Ability to operate within non traditional structures, ecosystems, fluid teams, and circular hierarchy.
• Natural cultural affinity for creative, craft driven, fast moving environments.
• Fluency in multi country operations and multi currency financial exposure.
