Job Summary:

As a Chef at Hola Mexico Williamstown, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of Mexican dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present authentic Mexican dishes according to our recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets safety and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and stock ordering.
