We are looking to hire Cheese Production Manager for our client's private office in Abu Dhabi.
Cheese Production Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the entire cheese production process. This role requires a strong understanding of dairy processing, cheese-making techniques, and quality control measures.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise and lead the cheese production team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
- Planned, organize, and manage daily production schedules to meet production targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the cheese-making process, from milk intake to packaging.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and rectify deviations or defects.
- Ensure adherence to company, industry, and regulatory quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely procurement and stock availability.
- Monitor and control waste to minimize production losses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in food production/ Technology
Minimum years of experience
- 5+ years of similar experience
Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of cheese-making techniques, dairy equipment, and quality control processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.
