We are seeking friendly and outgoing Chat Operators to join our growing team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position that is ideal for individuals looking for flexible hours.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages such as Malayalam is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support preferred
- Must have a biometric passport
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Must be comfortable working with computers and online chat platforms
- Preference for female candidates
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat platforms
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
