We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Christian Chaplain to be part of our mission-driven team, providing spiritual guidance, pastoral care, and emotional support to our residents, their families, and our dedicated staff.- Offering prayer and pastoral care , helping residents find meaning, purpose, and connection in their journey of aging. A strong commitment to the Christian faith and The Salvation Army's mission. A solid understanding of chaplaincy principles and practices, especially in relation to aged care. A Diploma of Chaplaincy or a willingness to obtain one within two years , funded by The Salvation Army. A uniformed Salvationist or a committed Christian who is active in their church and has a heart for serving others. The ability to wear a recognisable Salvation Army uniform and represent The Salvation Army with integrity. A current driver's license and a reliable registered vehicle. A letter of reference from your minister/pastor or Officer is essential.- The ability to offer prayer and pastoral care with compassion and sensitivity.- Experience in leading chapel services and conducting funerals / memorial services .
