In Australia alone, we have a presence on over 45 mining operations and, due to continued growth and internal movement, we are currently seeking experienced OTR Leading Hand Tyre Technicians for our BHP operations in WA.

The Leading Hand will provide a high level of continuous service on site by supporting the operations of the workshop, office, stock and personnel, and will also ensure the contracted scope of work is performed and maintained to a high standard, along with mentoring your crew.

Working with a small team on a range of machinery including L etourneau 1850 Loaders, Komatsu 930E and Cat 793 Dump Trucks

• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of Earthmover tyre fitting experience on mine sites
• Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy; AUR21916/AUR21920 (essential)
• HR Drivers Licence
• Schedule 26
• Would be advantageous
• Possess a high level of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
• An understanding that safety is paramount, with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety procedures
• Ability to work autonomously
