OurRecreation Servicesteam atLords Recreation Centreare looking forCasual Activity Leadersto join the team for their upcoming School Holiday Program in January 2026.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

• To set up and pack down equipment for structured activities
• Prepare function spaces for use as required
• Prepare session plans and run relevant programs that are age appropriate to the intended clientele
• Provide constant supervision to participants in each program
• Report any incidents to participants in a timely manner and ensure that appropriate first aid equipment is administered.

If you have a friendly and outgoing personality, attention to detail and a professional approach to work and have the ability to:

• Engage and excite children throughout the day
• Work effectively with minimal supervision
• Manage your own time and priorities and communicate clearly with other team members and managers
• Actively promote Lords programs - then we would love to hear from you.

A maintained Working with Children check is an essential requirement for this role

Hourly Rate:$35.36 per hour, inclusive of casual loading
