We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cashier to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a cashier role and excellent customer service skills. The ability to speak English fluently is essential for this role. Preference will be given to applicants with their own visa or Pakistani/Malayalee nationality. This is a part time position and prior experience is required.
Duties:
- Handle payments from customers.
- Count money and provide accurate change.
- Issue receipts to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries promptly courteously.
- Resolve customer complaints appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experienced cashier with prior retail or service industry background.
- Strong organizational and independent work skills.
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment.
- Trustworthy and detail oriented.
