• Bag, box, and wrap purchased items carefully for customers.
• Balance the cash register at the start and end of shifts.
• Report discrepancies and help with store inventory audits.
• Stock shelves and help with restocking products as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Communicate effectively to solve customer complaints or issues.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and basic math skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
