Driving Requirement

You must hold a full UK Driving Licence, as you'll be expected to drive our company vehicles.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Or ambitious Care Assistants ready to step up-training and development provided
  • Strong communicators with solid IT and record-keeping skills
  • Energetic, patient, and ready to lead with confidence and compassion

About the Role:

As Team Leader, you'll ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and mobility needs. You'll oversee recruitment, staff development, supervisions, and day-to-day guidance-making a real impact on both your team and the people we support.
