Support Staff: Cardiothoracic surgical team
Days Per Month: As scheduled
On-Call/Weekends: Yes 24/7 call support, including weekends

Submission Requirements:

• Active Michigan PA license REQUIRED (no IMLC accepted)

• Board Certification REQUIRED

• Vein harvesting experience REQUIRED

• COVID vaccination REQUIRED

• Clean background REQUIRED

• Rates must be submitted at time of name clear REQUIRED
