The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach offers a location with luxury service and opportunities for development. The resort has five outlets from Sea Fu to Mercury Lounge and 237 rooms including 49 suites, with Arabic design motifs blended with contemporary style.
What you will do- Responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
- Comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
- Set up tables, serve food and beverages to guests, and clear/clean tables.
- 1-2 years' experience in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
- Knowledge in food and wine with outstanding sales skills.
- Minimum WSET level 1 certificate and experience in Asian fine dining restaurant operations.
