Summary: As a Captain Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or dining area, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks to customers.
- Train and supervise waitstaff, hosts, and other F&B team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for F&B supplies.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
