Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and service-oriented Butler Manager to lead and manage the Butler team in delivering personalized and intuitive guest experiences. This role requires a dynamic leader with an exceptional eye for detail, impeccable standards, and a passion for delivering world-class luxury service. The ideal candidate will bring experience from ultra-luxury hospitality environments and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the Butler service, ensuring seamless, anticipatory, and personalized guest experiences for VIPs, suites, and distinguished clientele.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Butler team, fostering a culture of excellence, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements, in-room amenities, unpacking/packing services, and special requests.

  • Ensure flawless execution of guest itineraries, from airport greetings to room services and dining coordination.

  • Liaise closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, and other departments to ensure cohesive and elevated guest service.

  • Maintain and update guest profiles, preferences, and histories to enhance future stays.

  • Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints with poise and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

  • Conduct daily briefings, training, and quality checks to maintain consistency and excellence in service delivery.

  • Ensure the appearance, grooming, and behavior of all Butlers reflects the hotel's luxury image.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Butler Manager or Head Butler in a luxury 5-star hotel.

  • Proven leadership experience in managing a high-performing team.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.

  • Strong knowledge of luxury standards, etiquette, and personalized service.

  • Discreet, composed, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Professional training in hospitality or certified butler training preferred.
